Ingredients
  

Deli Ingredients

  • 8 large croissants
  • 24 ounces deli ham
  • 8 slices munster cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard Adjust to taste if necessary

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a small bowl mix together the mayo and mustard. Set aside.
  • Cut each croissant in half.
  • Evenly distribute the ham over the bottom of the open croissant. Followed by a slice of cheese.
  • Spread the mayo/mustard mixture over the inside of the top half of the croissant and then add to the top of the sandwiches. Lay the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  • Transfer to the oven and cook 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted and the croissants are nice and toasted/warmed to your liking.

Notes

Feel free to use a different type of cheese like swiss or cheddar.
