Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets salmon fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut salmon in about 2 inch bites. Cover with spices and oil in a bowl. Place bites in the air fryer and cook at 390 degrees for 5 minutes. OR preheat oven to 425 degrees and place bites on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 10 minutes. OR place bites on a pan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Mix mayo, sriracha and sweet chili sauce. Pour over salmon bites and serve.

Notes

Bang bang salmon bites should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave. Do not overheat or fish will become dry.
