Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana frozen banana
  • 1.5 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, about 60–120 seconds.
  • Taste the smoothie. Add more milk if it's too thick, or sweetener like honey, agave, or pure maple syrup if you like. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

The nutritional label does include the optional 1 tablespoon of almond butter. You can store the blueberry banana smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
