  • Spread green chutney to the 2nd piece of bread and place that on top of the piece with the Potatos and tomatoes. On this green chutney piece of bread, you’ll add beets, onions and cucumbers.
  • Top off the double decker sandwich off with the last piece of bread that has butter spread on it. Add shredded Amul cheese or grate cream cheese, add some Maggi hot and spicy sauce and sprinkle with more chaat masala. Cut into 4’s and enjoy!

Notes

If you can’t find any Maggi hot & spicy sauce, you can use sriracha instead. Place the block of cream cheese in the freezer for 20 mins prior to making this sandwich, you want the cheese to be a little firm. If you can’t find shredded amul cheese, you can use the cream cheese method or American cheese (sliced or shredded).
