Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 3 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
  • 2 8-10 inch flour tortillas

  • Divide the mixture evenly between 2 tortillas and spread to the edges.
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly over each tortilla and roll up tightly.
  • Use a sharp knife to trim the edges of the tortilla off and then slice each tortilla into 5 pieces.
  • Arrange the pinwheels in an air fryer basket that’s been spritzed with oil spray or lined with parchment in an even layer. Cook at 370 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Laughing Cow cheese wedges or light cream cheese and light mayonnaise. Low carb tortillas work great here if you’re watching carbs. Serve these with ranch dressing or BBQ sauce for dipping, if desired. We use this parchment paper in our air fryer. It has holes that allows the air to still flow through while also making cleanup easy.
