Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 2 cans wild tuna see notes

Vegetables

  • ¼ small red onion finely diced
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • ¾ cup cucumber chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped

Fruits

  • 2 avocados pitted

Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice see notes
  • 2.5 tablespoons avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil see notes
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large salad bowl or mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Drizzle all of the ingredients together with the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Taste for additional seasoning and stir again. Enjoy.

Notes

If you'd like your salad to be a bit chunkier, you can mash the avocados less. It's really up to personal preference. You can substitute out the canned tuna for canned salmon if you’d like. Start off with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and taste at the end to add more to your taste preference. You can add more oil if you'd like to reach your desired consistency.
