Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails

  • 2 tails lobster tails

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Lobster Tails

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • With kitchen shears, cut along the top of each lobster shell to reveal the meat. Gently lift the meat up, laying it over the shell.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the Lobster

  • Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat, coating it evenly.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
