Ingredients
  

For the Roll-Ups

  • 4 pieces Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and Swerve in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
  • Roll the tortillas closed around the filling, seam side down.
  • Brush the tops of the rolled tortillas with melted butter.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
  • Dust with additional Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute before serving.
