Salad

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 2 cups Green Cabbage
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Mandarin Oranges
  • ¼ cup Green Onions
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • ¼ cup Honey Roasted Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Slivered Almonds

Optional Toppings

  • 1 cup Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup Crispy Wonton Strips
  • 2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds

  • Blend the dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor or bowl and whisk until smooth. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
