- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 2 cups Green Cabbage
- 1 cup Red Cabbage
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Mandarin Oranges
- ¼ cup Green Onions
- ¼ cup Cilantro
- ¼ cup Honey Roasted Peanuts
- ¼ cup Slivered Almonds
