Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 medium navel orange
  • 12 ounce fresh cranberries

Sweeteners

  • 0.5 cup white sugar Can increase to ¾ cup for sweeter taste.
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grate 2 teaspoons zest from orange; set aside. Peel orange and divide into segments.
  • Place segments, zest, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until flavors have blended, at least 2 hours and up to 3 days.

Notes

You can add chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch if desired.
