Ingredients
  

Chicken and Potatoes

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes quartered
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 12-ounce bottle parmesan garlic sauce
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add the quartered Yukon gold potatoes into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Add the chicken and dried Italian seasoning on top of the potatoes.
  • Add the parmesan garlic sauce, chicken broth, and grated parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes and chicken.
  • Stir everything together until combined. Cover with a lid and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional parmesan cheese, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until warmed through.
