Base Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt divided
- 1 cup chopped watermelon
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Preparation Steps
Puree one-third of the Greek yogurt with the chopped watermelon in a food processor until smooth.
Spoon the watermelon mixture into ice cube or silicone molds, filling them halfway.
In the clean food processor, blend the remaining yogurt with peanut butter until smooth; add water if necessary to achieve a pourable consistency.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the watermelon layer in each mold until full.
Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
