Ingredients
  

Beef and Cheese Filling

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Dough

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and drain any grease.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the dough, then spread the cooked beef mixture on top.
  • Add mozzarella cheese over the beef layer, leaving a small border on the edges.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and seal the edge.
  • Melt the butter and mix with a pinch of garlic powder, then brush it generously over the dough.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the rollups ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. For a fun variation, try mixing in chopped pickles, cooked bacon, or barbecue sauce with the beef. Reheat leftovers in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F to keep the crust crisp.
