  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced for chicken preparation
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

  • Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Make sure every piece is coated well.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (but not burnt). Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter. Lower the heat to keep warm.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add parmesan cheese, and stir until the sauce is smooth. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and mix well until every noodle is coated. Serve the creamy pasta on a plate and top with the garlic butter chicken bites.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top if desired.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan – cook the chicken in batches if needed to get that crispy, golden sear. Use fresh garlic – freshly minced garlic gives the best flavor. Avoid burning it by keeping heat medium-low when sautéing. Add cooked veggies – stir in sautéed spinach, peas, or mushrooms to boost nutrition and color. Preheat your pan – a hot pan helps create a good sear on the chicken quickly. Let chicken rest – after cooking, let the chicken rest for a minute before tossing it back in the sauce to keep it juicy.
