Equipment

  • skillet
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • small bowl

Ingredients

Meat and Dairy

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until combined. Remove from heat.
  • Open the biscuit dough can and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Brush the tops of the bombs with the butter mixture.
  • Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for color and flavor.

Notes

For extra heat, mix a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes into the beef filling. Substitute ground beef with turkey, chicken, or plant-based meat for a twist. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat at 350°F (175°C). Assemble bombs without baking, freeze for up to 3 months, and bake from frozen, adding 5–7 minutes to the cooking time.
