Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp. instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 whole vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Irish whiskey

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, whisk together the espresso powder, cocoa powder, vanilla bean seeds, and cream. Add the vanilla bean pod to the mixture and bring to a bare simmer over low heat. Remove from the heat and set aside to steep for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the vanilla bean pod from the mixture and transfer to a blender. Add the sweetened condensed milk and Irish whiskey and blend for 30 seconds. Serve immediately, or transfer to an airtight container to store, refrigerated, for up to 1 month.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
