Popcorn

  • 2 bags Microwave popcorn Popped

Chocolate Coating

  • 8 oz White chocolate wafers or chips For sweet contrast
  • 8 oz Dark chocolate wafers or chips For rich layer
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil Divided and optional

Preparation

  • Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with wax paper. Spread the popped popcorn evenly on both sheets and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate wafers and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (if using). Microwave on MED power for 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each.
  • Continue microwaving in 15 second intervals, stirring until the white chocolate is just melted.
  • Repeat the melting process with the dark chocolate wafers.
  • Use a fork to drizzle both melted chocolates over the popcorn. Let it dry for a few minutes before serving.
