Ingredients
  

Citrus and Herbs

  • 1 piece Lemon sliced into thin wedges
  • 10 piece basil leaves fresh

Tea and Sweetener

  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 piece green tea bag

Ice

  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Slice the lemon into thin wedges.
  • Add the lemon slices, fresh basil leaves, and green tea bags to 2 mason jars.
  • Using the Breville Kettle, boil 2 cups of water.
  • Pour hot water and honey into the mason jars, and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Then, remove the tea bags.
  • Place into the fridge to completely chill for 1-2 hours for the flavors to release. Once the tea is chilled add ice and serve cold.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
