  • 1 package Taco Shells Choose hard or soft shells
  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Shredded Chicken Use ground turkey for a lighter option
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Mix of your favorite cheeses

Toppings

  • 1 cup Sour Cream For serving
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Follow package instructions
  • 1 cup Jalapeños Sliced, optional
  • 1 cup Avocado Sliced, optional

Preparation
