  • 200 g Sticky rice bio
  • 280 ml Coconut milk bio from the jungle
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Ripe mangoes

Preparation Steps

  • The day before: rinse the rice, soak it in warm water for at least 3 hours.
  • Drain the rice before steaming it covered for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat the coconut milk and sugar over low heat, stirring without boiling.
  • When the sugar has dissolved, add the rice to the warm sauce. Mix and let absorb for 10 minutes. Stir gently and let rest for another 10 minutes. The rice becomes sticky.
  • Serve warm alongside slices of juicy mango.

Notes

This dessert is best enjoyed warm and can be garnished with sesame seeds or additional coconut milk if desired.
