Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder Use quality cocoa
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Grease mini cake molds.
  • Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  • Pour batter into molds.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Prepare ganache by melting chocolate with cream.
  • Pour ganache over cooled cakes and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake. Let cakes cool before topping.
