Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup green pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 12 oz frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot brown the ground beef. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Add the onion, celery, green pepper, and chopped garlic. Cook until softened.
  • Add the broth, tomato paste, garlic powder, and rosemary. Heat to a simmer.
  • Add the ground beef and cauliflower. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Return to a simmer and serve.
