Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 4 pieces Salmon (4-6 Ounce)

Filling

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic mashed
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut slits or pockets about ¾ of the way through the salmon and set them aside.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mashed garlic, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper. If necessary, microwave cream cheese to soften.
  • Stuff the filling into the salmon, packing in as much as you can.
  • In a separate bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, and cumin.
  • Rub the spice mixture on top of each piece of salmon.
  • Grease a large oven-safe skillet with butter or oil and add the salmon pieces.
  • Broil the salmon in the oven for 13 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  • Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be easily adjusted for more servings by increasing the amount of ingredients proportionally.
