Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Baby Carrots
  • 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the carrots on a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil on top and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the carrots.
  • Toss the carrots to coat them in the oil and seasoning.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Then top with the fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

For crispy edges, increase the oven temperature to 425 for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Use firm, fresh carrots for the best results. Remove any excess moisture from baby carrots before baking.
