Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetables

  • 2 large chicken breast cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 red onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  • Thread onto skewers.
  • Place skewers on a sheet pan.
  • Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway.
  • Let rest briefly.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers before use. Cut ingredients evenly. Do not overcrowd the pan.
