Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake is an easy, deconstructed sushi dish that skips the rolling for a quick family dinner.

- 1.5 cups white rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 7 mini sheets nori
- 2 fillets salmon, cooked
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash salt
- 2 tablespoon sriracha
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 bunch green onions
Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix sugar and rice together and layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
Layer nori sheets on top of rice.
Combine salmon, garlic powder, salt, mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
Layer salmon over nori sheets and bake for 15 minutes.
Add toppings (I added jalapeño, green onions, extra mayonnaise and sriracha on top) and enjoy!
