Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise Can substitute with standard mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper Adjust for spice level
  • teaspoon garlic Optional, approximately 2-3 cloves

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise, Sriracha chili sauce, and ground cayenne pepper together until well combined.
  • (Optional) Grate garlic finely and mix into the sauce. Start with half a clove and adjust to taste.
  • Enjoy with snacks, sushi, veggies or sandwiches!

Notes

Japanese Kewpie Mayo is preferred for its flavor. Avoid using Miracle Whip as it is too sweet for this recipe. Ground cayenne pepper enhances the spice level.
