Ingredients
  

Dairy

  • 2.5 cups cottage cheese
  • ½ cup feta crumbled
  • cup butter melted

Produce

  • 1 (9oz) frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • ½ cup yellow onion diced

Eggs

  • 3 whole eggs

Spices

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Cheese

  • 3 tablespoons parmesan grated

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat together cottage cheese and eggs.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until center has set.
  • Allow dish to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
