Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter Filling

  • 8-10 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Salted Butter room temperature
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil extra virgin
  • ¼ cup Parsley fresh, stems removed
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ¾ cup Fontinella Cheese or Provolone, can also use Mozzarella

Bread

  • 1 long Seeded Italian Bread about 20" - 24" long

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Add all ingredients except for the bread into a small food processor to turn into a paste. Make sure it is fully combined.
  • Cut 1.5" slices into the bread without cutting all the way to the bottom.
  • Use all of the filling in the bread.
  • Wrap the entire loaf of bread in aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove bread from the oven carefully and let it sit for a minute before unwrapping.

Notes

Use all of the filling for the best flavor. The cheese will melt and reduce in space.
