Ingredients
  

  • 1 large salmon fillet, skin removed Use fresh salmon for best results
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Drizzle before serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay salmon flat and spread filling evenly.
  • Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  • Place in baking dish.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

Notes

Do not overcook. Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
