Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup salted butter softened
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 units eggs
  • 2 cups sweet corn if frozen thaw first

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Combine the first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Add to the unbaked pie crust. Spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
  • Turn the oven up to 425. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. It will puff up and the edges will turn golden brown.
  • Cool for at least 20 minutes. This is best served fresh at room temperature.
