Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Evenly sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs across the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Layer shredded coconut over the crumbs, followed by semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Allowing the pie to cool completely will help in cutting it into neat squares.
